We found Woodlawn in the summer
of 2006

The house needed help on every level. The electrical situation was frightening.
The
plumbing was toast. It was lucky we got to work on the house when we
did.

We stripped it down to the bones and saved as much of the original
as possible. We have also recovered completely
reusable building materials from various other buildings under renovation
in the area, including some area schools.
we worked with Velocipede Architects throughout the process

Above is a schematic diagram of the
plan for the first (main) floor.
Below is a similar diagram of the
plan for the second (upstairs) floor.

As you can see from the architectual drawing below, the completed
Woodlawn house will have, with basement included, three full floors
with radiant heating and over 3,000 feet of livable space.

This unique cornerlot in lower wallingford also has
a detached two-car garage and is in walking
distance of the Fremont and Walingford business districts.
