Our Mathews Beach home near Lake City is net-energy-positive — a 9kW solar array, a mini-split heat pump, and a Sanden CO₂ heat pump for hot water and slab heat, with much of the old house recycled into the new one and durable Corten steel siding. No gas, easy to track, built to last.
