Dutch on Dibble: Farmhouse Remodel
This Ballard farmhouse had the classic challenge of a chopped-up floor plan, a too-small kitchen, and no master suite. The solution was an 8-foot addition across the back of the home and a large recycled-beam opening that opened up the interior. The new kitchen features simple yet elegant cabinets with a mix of quartz and butcher block countertops. The new bathroom features wall-hung fixtures and a linear drain for the shower.
