Salmon Bay Community Lending

We were brought in to transform this space from a Salon to a Mortgage Brokerage. The plans called for the creation of multiple types of spaces, from open workstations to meeting rooms to individual offices. We aimed for an open, comfortable feel, so we used vibrant colors and textures, paired with the warmth of Clear Fir trim and Bamboo standing desks supported by recycled doors. We used cork for a soft, durable floor and for sound privacy.
